Celebrate our 2nd Annual Amigas, Hermanas, Guerreras Women’s Symposium
This symposium celebrates the strength and power of all our Latina sisters. Together we can build a stronger future for ourselves and cultivate a culture of self-worth and empowerment for our daughters.
SEPTEMBER 18 & 19, 2025

Our Purpose
The Amigas, Hermanas, Guerreras Symposium celebrates the unity of all Latinas by honoring the bravery and hard work of our ancestors as well as empowering current and future generations of women to become stronger and more confident. Workshop topics vary but are intended to overcome "Marianismo" or traditional feminine gender roles that have historically suppressed Latina contributions in society. Workshops are interactive and will be presented in Spanish or English with interpretation options.

De Aquí y de Allá
Latinas are at the heart of so many powerful movements, yet we often carry the weight of invisibility, cultural code-switching, and the responsibility of showing up for everyone else before ourselves. In this session, we’ll explore what advocacy really means when you’re juggling identity, family, and belonging.

The Lie is Dead: We Do Recover
In this powerful and transformative workshop, we will explore the profound truth. That recovery is not only possible—it is real. Together, we will confront these lies, share our journeys of healing, and celebrate the freedom found in recovery.
